Farm Built Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Farm Built apparel! If something isn't quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
What can be returned?

Unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Items that are defective (see below for details).
Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
What is considered defective?
Farm Built reserves the right to determine if an item is defective. Generally, defects include:

Manufacturing flaws (seams coming apart, holes, etc.)

Incorrect item received (size or style different from what was ordered)
What is not considered defective?

Damage caused by wear and tear

Items that have been washed or worn

Items without original tags attached
How to return an item:
- Reach our customer service team on our Contact Us page to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Use the UPS or USPS shipping service specified on the return label to send back your package.
Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days, minus any return shipping costs if applicable.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you can return your original item and place a new order.
